Here’s what you will be doing at ExtraaEdge
You will be responsible for creating sales opportunities for the Field Sales Team.
Generating BANT-qualified demos with prospects and ensuring a set target revenue is achieved consistently month on month.
Connecting with the decision makers of edu-institutions, universities, private coaching, overseas consultancies etc & generating sales opportunities through outbound calls, visiting institutions/universities, emails & LinkedIn activity.
Maintaining prospects pipeline. Updating and tracking metrics on CRM.
Assist the Sales and Marketing team with ongoing ad-hoc projects.
Is this someone that looks like you?
Experience in sales / pre-sales to Higher Education institutions, Universities, Coaching / Test preps, B-Schools etc. This will need strong connections at institutions.
Substantial relevant B2B work experience in setting up BANT-qualified (Budget – Authority – Need – Time) meetings for the sales team
Job experience as Inside Sales Specialist / Demand Generation – B2B Calling – for software products like CRM / ERP / Apps / IVRs for educational institutions
Fluent English, as the candidate’s KRA would be to connect with the decision-makers – Founders / Owners / Sales & Marketing heads of Educational institutions like Universities, B-Schools, EdTechs, highly reputed Coaching-training classes, vocational institutions etc.
We won’t be processing the CVs if:
If there’s no experience in selling to educational institutions.
You only have B2C experience.
If you have never set BANT-qualified meets for the sales team.
If fluent conversation in English is a bit of a struggle for you.

The Work Hours and Work Locations:
Work Hours: You are expected to work from 9:30 AM to 7 PM IST. Keep in mind that being a startup, you may have to stretch from time to time depending on your workload and deadlines.
