Calling using ExtraEdge Web Application

You can call your leads from ExtraaEdge Web Application. This call will be connected through your mobile device.

Please note: You need to install the ExtraaEdge Mobile application and you must be logged in to access this functionality.

Step 1: Click on the Call icon from the action menu.

Step 2: Click on yes to proceed with the call. The call will be automatically connected from the device to that lead.
